I’m Thomas J. Norman, Ph.D., a tenured full professor of management at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and the faculty founder of its Innovation Incubator. Superior AI Consulting grew out of my NSF I-Corps work at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where small-business owners told me what they need from AI: less hype, more hands-on help, and proof that it paid off.
